DSL Telecom is a medium sized company, with some big goals outlined for 2023. We’re a team of around 50 people that come from a variety of backgrounds — sales, marketing, software and telecoms. We’re friendly, hardworking, supportive and we work at speed to ensure success for both our customers and team members. Digital Marketing Assistant

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant in the Helderberg area to support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties.

Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organising campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.

You will need to be able to:

Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities
Compose and post online content on the company’s website, landing pages and social media accounts
Assist in the organising of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns and attend them to facilitate their success
Employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)
Conduct market research and analyze consumer rating reports/ questionnaires

Marketing Account Manager

We are looking for a qualified Marketing Account Manager in Somerset West to help develop and execute the strategic sales and marketing plans for our customer accounts.

For this position, we expect you to be a tech-savvy professional with an in-depth understanding of how technology can help our customers achieve their business goals. You should be methodical and have excellent time management skills. You should also use your strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with various teams

Serve as the lead point of contact for between key customers and internal teams
Determining client needs by conducting in-person or electronic meetings to outline their digital goals
Conducting market research to find answers about consumer requirements, habits and trends
Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
Presenting effective marketing strategies and training to clients when needed
Analysing the effectiveness of digital strategies by tracking metrics such as customer conversion rates and cost-per-click
Writing reports on digital advertising campaign performance on a monthly or weekly basis
