Junior Implementation Consultant - SaaS
We are looking for a self-driven candidate to join our growing team of Implementation Consultants situated in Somerset West, Cape Town. You should ideally have strong analytical skills, a passion for problem solving and an ability to grasp new concepts. Your position will be analysing business processes, with the intent to automate as much of them as possible using SaaS products.
You will be implementing solutions across a broad range of industries and verticals which will require you to keep on top of multiple projects of varying complexity. You’ll be required to engage with various stakeholders including but not limited to Sales Representatives, Customer Success Managers and end users.
Customer Success Agent - SaaS
We are looking for a Customer Success Agent to build, optimise and maintain our customers' Zoho software applications.
You will work with cutting-edge technologies and applications and will work closely with our Customer Success Managers to ensure tasks and projects are executed on time and within budget.
Ultimately, you will ensure that our customers' products, applications and systems are deployed and operating correctly.
Customer Success Manager - B2B Software
We are looking for a technically-savvy Customer Success Manager who possesses a strong drive for results to join our Customer Success department. Your position will be key to our growth strategy and you will work closely with our Key customers helping them use ZOHO to its full potential.
